Additional preventive strategies may be discussed based on your destination, itinerary, activities, and individual health needs.
Prescription medication costs are not included in the consultation fee.
Travel Vaccines
Heroes Healing Others does not administer travel vaccines.
During your consultation, we can review your immunization history and travel plans, identify vaccines that may be recommended or required for your destination, and refer you to an appropriate vaccination provider when needed.
Vaccine costs are not included in the consultation fee.

• Travel dates and length of stay
• Planned activities and excursions
• Current medication list
• Relevant medical history and allergies
• Immunization history, if available
• Information about pregnancy or possible pregnancy, when applicable
When to Schedule
Whenever possible, schedule your travel health consultation 4–6 weeks before departure to allow adequate time for preventive planning, medications, and any recommended or required vaccines that must be obtained from another provider.
Traveling soon? Last-minute travelers can still benefit from a pre-travel consultation.

Travel health recommendations and prescriptions are individualized based on your destination, itinerary, medical history, medications, and other health considerations.
Prescription medications are provided only when medically appropriate following clinical evaluation. The consultation fee does not include prescription medications, vaccines, laboratory testing, or other services that may be recommended.
Heroes Healing Others does not administer travel vaccines.
