Include routine examination and health assessment only. Vaccinations are not currently provided.

Management of select stable chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, sleep apnea, obesity, osteoarthritis, thyroid disorders, vitamin deficiencies, and chronic kidney disease up to Stage 3, when clinically appropriate.
